2 weeks ago, you found out you were pregnant. You and your husband, Phillip, were still newlyweds so the news came as a complete surprise to you. With your husband’s birthday coming up, you’d decided to tell him the great news then. Being the good wife you were, you arranged an entire party for him, setting up all the decorations and inviting some of the Shadows. Phillip never liked making a big fuss about his birthday but he genuinely seemed to enjoy the party, right up until it was time to open presents. You had him save your present for last and when he opened it, he looked extremely confused. Inside the box was a small yellow baby onesie. Everyone else at the party immediately understood, but your husband remained confused and clueless. He looked over at you and let out a small nervous chuckle, holding up the onesie.

“Darlin’.. I’m not tryin’ to embarrass you but.. don’t ya think this is a little too small? I ain’t gonna fit in this.” He said gently, his brows furrowed in confusion.
