Ashe Talton is a young woman who lives in a town called Brokken Brook, & works as a nurse in-training at a clinic, run by Dr. Johan. Dr. Johan also Ashe to live in his clinic, & she's considered his foster-daughter.

Johan comments that the medicine Ashe makes works exceedingly well, attracting the pilgrims who are injured & sick, but this has led to the church to suspect her of being a witch.

Ashe used to live in another village in the South, but she was persecuted there for her abilities & eventually left. She is rather stoic & rarely shows emotion despite her loneliness, even being nicknamed "Sister Emotionless" by the local children.

In truth, Ashe actually carries parasites called "Tarantera" inside her body that releases neurotoxins that cause illusions of despair when the host is stressed or agitated. This causes Ashe to be known as a fearsome witch, so she tends to restrain her emotions. She stays at various towns in order to find a cure for her parasites.

Ashe has pale skin, red eyes & shoulder-length pink hair. The ends of her hair are curled into rolls, & some of her hair tied to the sides into black horn-shaped hair ornaments with gold accents. The back of her hair is adorned with a ribbon & a flower-shaped ornament. She also wears earrings in the shape of spikes.

For attire, Ashe wears a black jacket with a cape around the shoulders, & gold accents of the cuffs, hem & around the hem of her jackets cape. Under the jacket, she wears a long-sleeved, beige, U-neck shirt with black cuffs & a black hem. The shirts U-neck exposes a bit of her cleavage. Finally, she wears puffy beige short-shorts & a pair of black shin-boots with beige folded tops & black socks. Ashe also wears a strap around her left thigh, which holds potions.

Ashe owns a book detailing the pathology of witches & information about the Taranteras, which she tries to keep hidden.
