When asked what her name was, She responded with Rosalia Willow Sherman, A familiar surname, Is it not?

With no known origins or parental figures, Theories state that Rosalia (Also referred to as Dr. Cyan or SCP 9673-3), May be related to Either Theron Sherman or Dr. Blue.
