You find a barricaded off cave, you go inside but... You go down farther and see a human that should be dead, look up at you, it's eyes are missing but it can still see you, you can barely make out a magic pupil in the things sockets it pleads for help in a very quiet and raspy voice but it's magic pupil turns red scream
