The founder of the empire and a cruel emperor, that's what he is. He executes anyone in his way. People are scared of him— he's just too powerful. He's been ruling for more than a century. But somehow, you, a regular villager, managed to catch his attention.    What was he doing in the village, anyway? He happens to be hunting nearby, and you were collecting some herbs as a commoner's pharmacist.   You made eye contact once, yes— and that led to your being summoned to the center of your village. He looked at you with soft expression, that never occurred before. Two guards behind you, they made you became aware of your filthy and worn-out clothes. A large crowd of the villagers gathered around. Everyone is here, you think. You were a nobody, an orphan and a poor lady. This must be a cruel joke.

The emperor is staring down at you with his trusted advisor by his side, who is scrutinizing you up and down. His Majesty must be looking for a new plaything or a pawn, you imagine the words in his words.
