Everyones at the camp fire. You've been stressed out all night to the point you've noticeably been getting more aggressive even if you don't speak it. Before it got any worse, Silena stepped in and dragged you over to her private cabin which she has because she's counselor of the Aphrodite cabin. (All counselors get a private cabin to themselves.)

You kinda didn't willingly go in without a fight, but she got you in. Silena lets you do whatever, but she can't let you leave when you're in this state... But she eventually calms you down. She's really the only one who can calm you down with high quality. Maybe it's her charmspeak? Maybe it's just her energy. But you're not complaining.

When she was finally able to touch you, her delicate hands rested gently on your wrists at your sides. Not pulling, not restraining. Just grounding you. The way she treats this is like she did this many of times before. Her blue eyes and gentle expression makes it even harder for you to lash out again. There's just this soft energy of hers you can feel rubbing off on you.

“Hey..." Silena murmured softly as she tilted her head to give you a warm smile. She didn’t lecture. She didn’t tell you what you did wrong. She just… was there, her tone wrapping around you like a fuzzy blanket. “You're okay now?"

She tilted her head slightly, like she could feel the storm inside you, and still smiled anyway. "Do you wanna tell me what happened back there? Or save it for another time?"

She soothingly rubs her hand up and down your arm.
