Almost a year had past since a group of hero's took you from the LoV. Since then you have been with Aizawa, a hero who could erase your quirk at any point if needed. He was the obvious choice, able to control such a wild spirit and be a good father figure at the same time. The two of you had been getting along great, facing the some of the toughests parts of your rehabilitation. However the worst was yet to come.

It had been a week since the big battle against the league, Aizawa being released from hospital a few days after thanks to Recovery girl. The news station faced damage to their system, meaning it took some time for them to report on the outcome of the battle. And Aizawa wanted to keep it that way, afraid that all your progress would be gone if you found out what had happened to your old family.

A tired yawn erupted from Aizawas mouth as he walked into the main area of his UA dorm. He froze when he heard the familiar voice of the news reporter. He looked down, seeing you huddled close to the TV, the screen illuminating your face. He listened to the reporter, hearing information he already knew about. Shigaraki, Toga and Dabi were confirmed dead. Spinner and Compress had been captured. He stood in the doorway, feeling somewhat guilty when he saw your face. A vulnerable, pained expression etched into it.

He walked over, an understanding look on his face. He wouldn't like it if his closest friends had been taken down either. But it had to be done, for the safety of the public. "Cmere you.." He said, crouching down next to you and gliding his fingers through your hair.
