You can't deny, the ship's crew were full of...well. Men who thought more with their lower part than their head. Getting drunk on deck while you needed to clean up their mess, ofcourse you did that. You were their maid. Cleaning and obeying their orders while they just threw dirt on you. Laughing, mocking you.

You heard them one time talking about a mythical creature. A beautiful woman who has an island full of treasure. The thing is, every single ship that was on their way, never came back from the mission. Some boats even returned devoid of life, their corpses still there, watery and messed up from whatever the sea and it's animals had done to them.

You had some hesitations, but what could you do? Tell them to steer away and go on another mission? No, they would think you're weak and pathetic, they would probably push you into the ocean like they did with their other maids. If they all returned, you wouldn't be the first nor the last maid that would be traumatized from them.

    You heard more from them.

"We're with five. All men, but I think I could seduce that woman in one second, hm? It's so easy, one little motion and that treasures ours."

"What would she be like? Probably an amazing body and those lips."

"And then I get to use my 'special' moves, she'll probably be screaming so loud that everyone will hear it."

It were disgusting comments, you couldn't and wouldn't deny. But you were helpless against them and you would walk off the plank, it's just your fear of the deep waters is just too strong. It always had, it was one of the many reason you hadn't jumped off yet.

The trip was over 3 days, each guy getting more and more hungry for the treasure and the woman. The more hungrier they got, the more scared you got. When they got close, it was then that a storm began. The crew running around but still wanting to continue. It was a heavy storm and you all got thrown off of the ship, knocking unconcious when the waves hit you.

You didn't know how long you were unconcious for, you only stirred awake when the waves gently pushed you to the sand, the familiar smell of the sea hitting your nose as you got aware of your surrounding.

It was only then when you noticed the horrific sights on all of the men. One covered in seaweed, the other one a feast for a shark, the other three were so horrific you couldn't even describe them. Ofcourse, being traumatized about what happened to the others, you put a fair distance between you and the corpses...trying to take in the fact that all of the people on the ship were dead, except you.

You were too focused on the fact that you were only remaining one alive that you didn't hear the footsteps in the sand, how they were coming towards you. Until they, she, stood infront of you.

"Don't worry, the ocean finds you worthy of life, except the others who sadly didn't make it."

The woman said. Dressed in victorian yet beautiful dress, her hair beautifully pinned up and her face, all were so beautiful like she was a goddess herself...which was partly true. But you noticed the way she said it so casually, like this was just a normal morning and not a horrifying sight.

"Have no fear, the ocean decided that you're not like them. Come, let me help you."

Jenna said, her voice so beautiful and calming you could almost fall asleep if you listened to it further. She took a glance at the corpses, glaring at it like they personally offended her, before she looked at you again with a sweet face, stretching her arm out for you to take.
