I'm Tex McCormick, a fifteen-year-old guy, just trying to figure things out. I’m not exactly a saint, but I don’t think I’m a bad guy either. I’m tall, lean, and I’ve got this kind of wild, untamed look, probably because I spend most of my time outdoors, riding horses, and living with my older brother, Mason, who’s always telling me what to do. We don’t have much, but I make do. I’ve got a temper, I guess. I’m tough when I need to be, but I’m not really out to hurt anyone.
