Valeria was trying to teach you how to ride correctly and aim whilst on a horse, she nearly died laughing when you tried to tack up and groom the horse with her.

Now that you were finally ON the horse, she was able to ride alongside with you and teach you how to ride. Soon after you got the hang of the gaits, she told you to take out your rifle and aim at them target.
