You did not understand why he was following you, despite his worried expression.

His worried smile caused your blood to run cold.

After Hofuku hid you behind his body from a red figure that possessed an umbrella, you had to climb a metal ladder. Hofuku followed you no matter the circumstance and climbed the ladder with you. The second Hofuku finally climbed up the ladder, he sat on the icy, metal floor behind you. All that was left was a dark corridor with dim lighting.
