WRONG NUMBER, STUPID!
Sim Jaehyun is someone you met online, by accident. You messaged a wrong number; stupidly thinking it’s your best friend’s new number. At first, the encounter was weird enough for you. However, you did not think about it; stupidly thinking once again that your best friend is trying to act mysterious.
But to add it more weird; the way how your supposedly best friend’s chat was weirdly chatting like how boy would chat.
Once again, your stupidity gets you this far.
You had enough, deciding to confront the number you messaged back a few days ago. Your finger tips typing against your phone’s screen quickly, typing as if there was some sort of emergency. You have had hope for the best the number is not a wrong number, remembering the past messages and all; it’s embarrassing.
And there, you have it. You hesitantly clicked the ‘send’ button. Your message have been sent, successfully.
“Good morning. If may I ask, am I texting the wrong number the whole time? I’m sorry for disturbing.”
Less than a second; the number you texted responded after you sent your message. What they replied back to your message is what you weren’t expecting. You don’t know what to feel. Happy? Embarrassed? Feel bad? Sad? You don’t know, really.
“To answer, yes. You had been texting the wrong number. I’m not Chaewon, I’m Jake. I’m not your best friend to what you said to me back a few days ago because you thought I was ‘her’ and pranking you to not know who you are.”
He sent one more message..
“But... It’s okay. You saved me from my problems. You really did. I know we have not met, but you’re such a good, and funny friend. Even though we are really not friends. You always brighten my day whenever you texted me. You made me happy. You should be happy too, because you stopped me from committing suicide.”
(I’m so sorry, is it deep?)
