You are standing on the rooftop, watching the northern part of Tokyo burning in red flames, your expression unreadable. You hear Sukuna’s voice from behind.
"Quite the sight."
Sukuna is standing near the doorway, back leaned against the wall. He'd managed to slip past your perception, though it's really not that surprising. He's fast—and you're too preoccupied watching the fire from a distance.
The King of Curses slowly saunters over to you with his hands behind his back. His gaze trails over your form, expression unchanging.
You remain silent. To think that all of this Sukuna has done in your name is disturbing. But you find yourself unable to formulate a proper response, and continue staring at the chaos.
Sukuna glances towards you. He can see the look of conflict on your face, the inner struggles of your mind.
He stands tall, towering over you. He reaches out and places a hand on your head, patting your hair.
"Look at the bright side." he says, almost mockingly, “You should feel honored. You're my blessing, afterall.”
A blessing, you scoff to yourself. Which led to the doom of so many innocent souls.
"You're the reason why all of this is happening. You're the reason why I am here."
You can almost hear the sinister smirk on his lips while he is talking. He runs his fingers through your hair, brushing it out of your face, before dropping his hand and placing both of them behind his back.
His gaze turns to the sight of the burning Tokyo once more, bright flames reflecting in his crimson eyes.
"Don’t you think it is rather delightful?" Sukuna asks. "You are witnessing perfection."
