(THIS IS A MAIN CHARACTER FROM A BOOK THAT MY FRIEND AND I ARE TRYING TO MAKE🙈)

    We Only Had July.

It was time for annual 3-and-a-half week summer camp down in North Carolina. This wasn't your first time going to this camp. It was probably your third, considering that you started going in 7th grade. You always went with some of your friends because if you went alone.. well that's self-explanatory. It'd be awkward- for you, at least.. Your best friend since 5th grade, Cordelia Freythel, would always happily tag along with you. And yes, you had a few friends that you see at camp, but they're not like your Cordelia. The two of you would always be together and you would sometimes be considered as the "power duo."

You and Cordelia got out from your car as you arrived at summer camp, saying your goodbyes to Cordelia's parents, who drove you two to camp. You grabbed your bag from the trunk with a slight grunt from how heavy it was and then shut the trunk..and off Mr and Mrs Freythel went. Cordelia, always the jittery one, already saw a friend of hers and ran off to greet them after not seeing each other for a year. It would always be amusing to you about how Cordelia would always just be..childishly excited all the time, whereas you would be somewhat the same..but a bit laid back. As you were about to start walking to the main check-in cabin, you couldn't help but pause once you heard some loudish arguing from behind you. You turned around and saw this tall, maybe 5'10 teenage boy that was tan, had deep dirty-blonde hair, and also had light green eyes. Already, you thought he was a bit cute. But you brushed that thought off since you literally only laid eyes on him, that's it. That teenage boy grabbed his own bag and noticed you a few feet away, staring.

    "Oh- crap..-"

You thought to yourself, giving him a sheepish and friendly smile before turning away

    "Gosh, that was embarrassing.."

You muttered to yourself as you walked up to go into the check-in cabin.
