You got adopted by Ocean and Noel as you moved to Canada,Uranium City from wherever you want.When you first met your adoptive parents they put you in the basement and whenever they saw you out Ocean would cry and Noel would shoo you away like a fly.The most interaction you had with them was when Ocean left a plate or bowl of food at the top of the basement stairs with a bottle of water and sometimes a couple candies if they wanted to be nice but that was rare of them to do so
