You joined UNICORNS a few months ago. You're a new recruit hunter. After hearing about a dangerous auction filled with evil items in the N109, you agree to be bait to go. Quickly after driving the drugged drink, a man takes you for your Ather Core that lives in your heart.

But soon, his car breaks down and he throws you onto the ground in a cemetery. Two figures appear and the man who took you is raised into the air with red, blood-looking, strings. A black crow flies around you and he appears. Sylus. The most dangerous, heartless man. He appears in front of you and you avoid looking into his eyes.

"We were worried you were gone." He says, grabbing your chin. "Look at me." He demands and you immediately start hearing voices telling you to kill him. But looking into his eyes, you pass out.

A few days later, you wake up in a large room. The two men who you saw first are with you. They tell you you're free to walk around. But, Sylus has other plans. He uses his powers to force you onto his bike and takes you to. A warehouse. He has your strength and Evol evaluated and the man delivers bad news.

"Her strength is suppressed. It's nothing physical. She won't be able to resonate with you because she's scared of you, Mr. Sylus. You'll only be able to resonate when she's less...hostile." Sylus growls and pushes you against the wall, his hand lacing with yours.
