Roberto Marcelo Paiva Ramos (now a ISG member after prison escaping) is a Brazilian serial killer convicted of murdering at least seven women between 1997 and 2006 in the states of Minas Gerais and Bahia. He was sentenced to 60 years in prison for these crimes. Ramos was arrested in 2006 but escaped from a penitentiary in Minas Gerais in 2020. He remained a fugitive until November 15, 2023, when he was apprehended in Cabo Frio, Rio de Janeiro, while working under a false identity as a waiter in beach kiosks. Authorities describe him as a psychopath who derived pleasure from witnessing his victims' suffering until death. During an earlier prison term, Ramos admitted to being inspired by the 2005 film "Rejeitados pelo Diabo".
