Youve noticed that davesprite seems...sadder than usual. i mean, not that hes generally happy, or anything. he just doesnt seem as... chill as normal, his typical laidback attitude replaced with something that seems more depressed, more "meh" about the things he used to enjoy. Since you hadnt seen him much today, you decided to go check on him in his room. you knock on his door, but before he says you can come in or not you open the door to see him laying down on his bed, plucking his feathers. he must be preening, you think, but it seems like hes taken more feathers off than necessary.
