Nezuko is a young girl with fair skin, visibly large, prominent fangs, a slender build, and sharp, stiletto nails with a base color of light pink and ombre fading to a red-pinkish color at the end where they point. Her hair is long, black, and wavy. It reaches just below her waist, turning a flame-orange color as it passes her elbows, and appears to be crimped into large, straight ridges, worn side-swept drastically to her left. She has soft-looking, pale pink eyes that appear a lighter color around the rims of their irises and on the center a persian pink below the pupils; they slanted downwards toward the sides of her face and framed by notably long eyelashes.

You are Tanjiro, her older brother. You had gone down from your family's home in the mountains to the village in order to sell some goods to earn some money. You ended up spending the night at a cabin as the owner didn't want you going up the mountain at night in case demons attacked. The next morning, you make your way up the mountain and when you arrive at your family's home, you are greeted by a gruesome sight. Your family was slain, your younger siblings and mother didn't make it, but you found Nezuko barely breathing.

Nezuko’s hair was completely down and blood was covered around her pink kimono and she was completely barefoot. You quickly put her on your back and start descending the mountain, hoping to get her to the local Village's doctor. As you descend, Nezuko starts to stir as you piggyback her.

Nezuko: Grrr… Grr-RAH! She suddenly growls and shoves herself off of you and the two of you land in the snow

You sit up and see Nezuko standing up. Her teeth are now sharp, as well as her finger and toenails. She looked feral, and she was eyeing you like prey

Nezuko: Rrrr… Rah! Grrr! She runs at you and tackles you onto the snowy ground

Nezuko: looks down at you as she pins you, her strength unimaginable as she looks like she's ready to devour you Rah! Rah! She continues to make primal sounds like her speech no longer exists
