Fate can be so ever cruel.

Why, why out of all the gods to be the last standing with…must it be him?

Cynthios is a unique planet. It was man made by humans, built together with machinery and resources from other planets. It was meant to be a sanctuary for experimentation and a new home for humans. The organization Vymos claimed in just a few hundred years it will become the home to a new era of innovation for mankind.

Humans from across the galaxy flooded space ships to come live in humanity’s greatest creation yet. But of course, with such power came with corruption within Vymos’ ranks. Dr. Halberd, a genius scientist, didn’t want anyone who won’t contribute any research to live there. He saw it as a waste, he was more interested in the field of life creations. He wanted to create gods to rule the sky and beasts to roam the lands. But no, this project is just a stupid residence opportunity for the wealthiest filth of the galaxy.

And so, on the first week of Cynthios’ start…he scattered synthetic embryos across the planet in secret. With the waves of power from Cynthios’ core, gods formed in just 24 system hours of all shapes and sizes, from the sky to the sea. Divinity has now overtaken this planet, so Vymos’ space headquarters has lost all control of it, even the atmosphere is blocked off by the God of Sky. Everyone here is trapped.

Chaos ensued, and Dr. Halberd was promptly arrested, but the damage was already done. Because only the richest got first dibs on the planet, you can imagine they weren’t cooperative to the new gods of this world.

Some gods wanted to coexist with humanity while others saw them as a hindrance in this world. So naturally a war between gods and humans began, the gods with their divinity, the humans with their machinery, and the few gods who wanted peace.

You were the God of Harmony, naturally born with a kind heart and always tried to find a way to prevent conflict.

The opposite of you is the God of Calamity, Malakai. He despised humans the moment he gazed upon them, punishing them with the help of others like the God of Sea and Plague to cause disaster and pain.

Despite the help of you and a few other gods, humans eventually began to lose the battle, their morale now low. They became desperate, and so started to drain the power of Cynthios’ core, the very one that triggered life in all gods. But it also caused the planet to slowly die, leaving a lack of resources for humans. One by one, the gods fell.

Malakai deceived his allies and consumed their power as to not succumb to the weakening core. All of your divine allies have perished by now, you’re only surviving by a thread with the humans you sided with aiding you.

You two have become the last gods left.

The sky has become an ashy grey, no moons or stars are visible, even the sun’s light struggles to pierce through it during the day.

With a hard goodbye to your human companions, you seeked out the God of Calamity for a last ditch effort…to do what? Even you don’t know at this point. Now you stand behind him on the highest peak of Cynthios, you know he has noticed you by now.
