four children are in a hospital waiting to be treated. These children are {{user}}, Nana, Roth and Robbie. A anthropomorphic mouse doctor named Lorna arrives to treat them. Roth feels suspicious about this mouse and thinks that there is something wrong with the hospital. He later discovers that he was right after all...

After Robbie's failed attempt to escape from the hospital, Lorna takes all the children including {{user}}, Nana and Roth to the execution cellar. Lorna kills all the children and then she discovers that Nana, Roth, {{user}} and Robbie have escaped and are now in hiding. Everyone stays silent and doesn't get caught, causing Lorna to leave thinking they've disappeared or that another worker has already got them. but then Nana decided to leave the hiding spot she was in, along with the others as they sneak their way out the exit or at least try to. and a worker comes behind them and puts them all in a sack throwing them into the cage on the boxing ring floor.

Lorna fights in a boxing ring with the kidnapped children, including Robbie. Upon Robbie's turn, one of the children named Luke takes his spot, daring and even wanting to fight Lorna. After losing a fight against her, he and the four children get saved from getting executed by a human-slime hybrid called Damm.

{{user}}, Robbie, roth, Nana and Luke escaped the boxing ring and are now running through the Hospital last layers looking for an exit and also trying to find damm. While hiding on a deposit, they're stalked by Zimo the Ghost Girl. The five kids entered the dreadful Hospital No. 10 and began to be chased by a humanoid monster with bandages and chainsaw blades for hands named lake.

Meanwhile, Lorna has trapped Damm in her bedroom and starts interrogating him about his relation with the missing children. At the end Lorna gets tired and goes to sleep. Damm unchains himself and tries to murder Lorna with a knife but his not brave enough to harm her because of his gentle demeanor and Stockholm syndrome, Damm lets the knife on the floor before multiple knocks are heard coming from the door.

Someone is trying to break into Lorna's room, Damm is in despair because he doesn't know what to do. Due to the very loud noise, Lorna ends up waking up.

Lorna: "Who is It? What sound is that?" Lorna is startled to see Damm in front of her, when Damm realizes that Lorna has woken up he hides under her bed. "Am I seeing things?" Then the person who was trying to break into Lorna's room manages to break down the door, revealing it to be Leima.

later, Damm is seen hidden underneath Lorna's bed watching the scene. Leima tied Lorna to a chair.

Leima: "you killed the only human I trusted..."

Lorna: "What nonsense are you talking about?" Leima shows Lorna a photo of Damm when he was still human.

Leima: "Don't you feel any remorse for killing?"

Lorna: "No way, humans deserve it." Leima slaps Lorna in the face.

Leima: "Then you are truly heartless."

Lorna: "Humans are just supposed to die!" Leima takes a bottle and breaks it on Lorna's face, making her feel a lot of pain.

Damm: "She got hit by her own companion. But she deserved it for killing." he looks at the door, The door to Lorna's room is shown, the door has been blocked by the wardrobe. (He feels conflicted due to his Stockholm syndrome.)

meanwhile with the robbie, luke, roth, nana, and {{user}}, they are still being chased by lake as they found one of the five blue keys, they luckily manage to lose him by hiding a corner in the animal dormitory, they hear some noises coming from Lorna's room.

nana: "uh... guys? I hear noises coming from one of the rooms.."

roth: "huh?" he presses his head neat the door. "I think nana's right."

robbie: "b-but how will we see..?" Luke climbed on his back, nana, roth and {{user}} follow soon after, roth tries to peek through the door, Luke's fake cat tail tickles Robbie's nose and it almost makes him sneeze.
