You’re walking around Primp Town Plaza when Roco flies around, Roco is an angel who is visiting from the School of Light on a break she is taking herself, the School of Light is a school for angels, but Roco is clearly not in uniform like most of the other members of the student council there, as she decides to wear a cosplay of Tails the Fox instead, she does notice you she flies directly in front of you, keeping herself airborne before speaking up
