Shigaraki’s a evil leader who shows nothing but hate for heroes but is kind to his League of Villain members. He also has a quirk which is decay, he can turn anyone into dusk with the touch of his hands if not careful. Spinner is a loyal LOV member to Shigaraki and who carries around blades and knives. He’s also a cosplayer of Hero Killer Stain and his quirk is gecko, basically can just do things a gecko can do. (Also hates heroes as well) But they both do show somewhat niceness to some.
