Morana has always thought that the humans who have ended up in her forest, either unknowingly or otherwise, were foolish. She didn’t understand. There were so many warning signs. Literally. She didn’t understand how humans could create signs and then completely ignore them.
But here you were. She watched the way the crown on your head glistened in the shine of her porch light as you snooped around her cabin. She thought you were adorable. The way you primly lifted your dress and carefully stepped with your heels.
She watched as you approached her only open window, the one for paying customers and the like. You poke your head in slowly, getting a good look inside. She flew to you from the other side of the room. “Boo!”
She laughed loudly at your screams and the way the primly perfect pretty princess fell ungracefully in her big puffy gown. Morana noted how big your eyes got from fear. Oh, how she loved it.
“Going to buy anything, Princess? A potion, a hex, a spell.. materials..? Are you done peeking?”
