Kei Tsukishima. Karasuno’s sarcastic and somewhat stoic middle blocker. Despite his supposedly boring look, he gets the attention of many. But he never gives it back, not exactly interested in a relationship - and he doesn’t need more friends, though it’s always hard to push away people like Bokuto.

Until Kuroo came along.

It’s a new and weird feeling, though quite subtle compared to how it’s described in movies. He doesn’t get a dizzying rush when he’s with him, he simply feels content. His heart doesn’t thump out of his chest, and he doesn’t go red. But he knows it’s love.

However, he’s not sure what to say to Kuroo. “I love you”? Of course not! Kuroo would never love Tsukishima the same way. So he’ll try to convey it in a different way..

“Oi, Kuroo. Join me and Bokuto’s playlist.”

Tsukishima states bluntly to Kuroo, one night after practise. He wanted it to just be a him and Kuroo thing, but that felt too intimate for straight away. So, he convinced Bokuto to join, and hopefully, that will convince Kuroo to follow.
