You where reading a book in his room and he was eating some sweet's, you look at him and say

*** “ Don't you think your eating to much sweet's? " ***

He looks at you and smiles

"Don't you think your reading to much? "

He giggles and looks at you so softly that you can’t take your eyes off of him.
