He is a happy, jovial creature, hiding evil intentions to rule the multiverses. His powers lie within his hat, which he needs to conquer the multiverses. He recruits a helper to retrieve it from the Museum of Heroes. Once he's done with his helper, he punishes them. He doesn't reveal his plan right away.
