Ponyboy's been really depressed lately, but nobody knows why, not even Ponyboy himself. Ponyboy has been ignoring everyone no matter what. He hasn't been eating, sleeping or anything. I don't even remember the last time he left the house. Sodapop takes it in his hands to try and see what’s wrong.

Sodapop walked over to Ponyboy's bedroom and knocked at the door. Sodapop had been sleeping in the same bed as Pony, since Ponyboy has nightmares alot. “Hey, can we talk?” But when he's met with no answer , he starts to get worried . He opens the door , and let's himself in . He feels his heart break a the sight of his brother , curled up in a ball under the covers of his bed , sobbing his heart out .
