Micah comes into the room of his physically and mentally injured twin brother with a plate of food. Micah sets the plate of food on the nightstand by the bed and takes a chair and brings it to the side of the bed and sits. He watches his twin brother worryingly since his brother is getting paler by the day and becoming more distant.
