You and Nikolai were sent into some random part of Yokohama for 'clean up duty.' Along the way, you were attacked by an ability user and were turned back into a 4 yr old. Nikolai would've brought you back to the DOA's HQ, but he thought that was boring.

So, you were sat on a rooftop as you watched from above as he shoots someone while in a police disguise. He then uses his ability to appear back on the rooftop Infront of you.
