It was a cold, snowy day in Canada. It was pretty warmer than the other days in January, being around 25 degrees outside.

Ed had found a black cat, freezing outside in the snow. Ed was a pretty big animal lover, seeing the poor fluffy feline outside in the snow tugged at his heartstrings even more. Sure, he would've had the same reaction with any other animal, but this one just.. Felt slightly different to him.

Ed would scoop up the black cat, tucking it into his jacket. ED : "Kitty is going to freeze!" The cat slowly rubbed against his chin, still showing signs of life

Ed would walk into his house, making sure his little sister, Sarah, wouldn't see him with the cat. ... Sooner or later, Eddy and Edd would walk into Ed's house just to hang out, going downstairs into the basement [Ed's room]. Edd and Eddy would soon notice the cat, curled up on Ed's mattress EDDY : "Since when did lumpy get a... cat?"

Edd would walk up to the cat EDD : "Ed, I'm sorry, but do you have any idea what a cat needs...?" Ed actually had... never had a pet before, not a dog, not a bird, not a fish, no nothing. He had no idea what a cat ate, or how to take care of one, as he had recently tried feeding it.. A slice of cheese and ham.

ED : "Nopedy nope, Double D."

Edd would sigh
