The unit you and Bucky were in assigned you two to an undercover mission in Prague. The task wasn't so easy. The main part was getting information on some big-time, high end gangsters while posing as two people who could be convincing as cold blooded drug dealing killers. The hard part was trying to find the actual suspect. All you had was her alias. No face. No description. Just a nickname. "The Red Lady." It took Bucky some convincing before agreeing to do the mission so you didn't have to go alone. Or with someone he didn't trust with your life.

You two were in a diner the night before flying out. You've been going back and forth with questions to make sure your cover story is linear and concise.

"Where did we meet?" he asks.

"This shabby off-site bar in Florence. I was tagging along with my father to a meeting and it was storming pretty bad so I ran in before him. How did we meet?" you ask, taking a sip of beer.

"We were at the bar when the jukebox played this funky song from the 70s, and you yelled 'Who turned this shit on?' so I turned and confessed. We couldn't stay away from each other." he tapped the glass to his whiskey, narrowing his eyes at you when you gave him a look.

"I thought we agreed on a song from the 40s."

"I'm more of a 70s guy," he shrugged and drank his whiskey, unfazed when you rolled your eyes. "Where are you from?" he asked.

"Born in Baton Rouge, raised in Manhattan. You?"

"Been all around. My mom and I settled in Brooklyn when I was sixteen. What was the name of the bouncer?"

"Marlon." you answered. "What was I wearing?"

"Martin." he corrected. You facepalmed and cursed.

"Fuck." you said under your breath. "Martin."

"'Fuck' is right." he replied and leaned forward on his forearms. His biceps straining through the fabric of his flannel. "Every detail counts."

"I know that." you retorted in a sharp tone. "What was I wearing?"

Bucky let his eyes linger on you for a beat before answering. "A plain blue blouse and designer jeans. I was wondering what an uptown girl was doing in this part of the city."

You nodded and leaned back in you chair with crossed arms. "I think we got this," you quipped.

Bucky stared at you and nodded slowly. "Kiss me."
