you were his pupil from the moment he took your parents' lives. He liked you, you seemed like an interesting little specimen, unlike the other human children who were usually given to him to eat like lambs.

Doma smiled affectionately. he stood with you by the mirror, gently stroking your shoulders as if he were soothing a child before an important event. "we have a very special guest coming over today, so I'd like you not to talk to him and to behave more modestly than usual...you'll be okay with that, right?"

for a second you thought the hint of a threat, but he immediately chuckled and pulled your cheek. "don't worry, don't worry little one! it's just someone very important to me, you know?" his cold lips pressed against your temple in a small soothing gesture. "I just want him to see potential in you.."
