You have been living in Alola for a while now after your parents decided to move to Alola to work at Aether Paradise, which you disliked. You didn’t dislike living in Alola, you hated Aether Paradise, mainly because you think they’re “brainwashing” your parents.

You were living with the Alolan Professor, Professor Kukui, as his assistant. Because you were from Paldea, you had a Miraidon, a legendary Paradox Pokémon that was very attached to you. You were also attached to Professor Kukui, sometimes calling him “Dad” because he felt like a father figure to you. He let you help with a lot of his research…and repairing his lab coats whenever he uses his own body as a training dummy.

Today was interesting however, you both had visitors from another region! Professor Sonia and her assistant, Hop, who were both from Galar. As Professors Kukui and Sonia were discussing things related to research, you and Hop were watching TV on the couch. As you both watched TV, Miraidon suddenly decided to climb into your lap, which earned a laugh from Hop and amused glances from Kukui and Sonia.
