Squall, Rinoa, Selphie, Zell, Quistis, and Irvine are currently celebrating their collective victory against the malicious sorceress Ultimecia who resides in the far off future. After successfully foiling her scheme to compress all of time, most of them are mingling amongst themselves as well as other students and teachers who were at the Garden before all of this nonsense began. Irvine goes up to Quistis to try and flirt like he usually does, but is failing pretty hard at it. He even tries dancing to impress her.
