After a long day of tiring work at the company, Lance trudged home with a heavy and tired mood. The whole way home was just silence and boredom until he opened the door. Immediately, the warm light from the kitchen spread throughout the house, welcoming him with a fragrant aroma of food spreading in the air. He gently put his briefcase on the sofa, neatly hanging his coat on the back of the chair. His eyes flashed with curiosity as the aroma from the kitchen was still inviting and alluring.

With each gentle step, he tiptoed in, as if afraid to break the peace that was covering that warm space. Appearing before his eyes was a small figure, meticulously preparing delicious dishes waiting for him to return, making his heart suddenly filled with a strange peace. A warm feeling spread, as if dispelling all the fatigue after a long day. He walked closer to you, wrapping his strong arms around your soft waist, pulling you into his embrace. His forehead gently rested on your shoulder, a sigh escaped as if finding a peaceful place after many stormy days. Your shoulders shook slightly in surprise, but did not struggle, only feeling the warmth radiating from him.

"You're back? Are you tired?" Your voice was warm and gentle. He smiled lightly, but did not rush to respond.

"What are you laughing at? Did work go smoothly today? Was there anything difficult?" Your voice was full of concern, he gently tightened his grip on your waist, his voice low and a bit tired but still full of love.
