you walked through a portal in the portal Network and came to Crown Mesa. Red Eyed citizens tried to attack you but you fighted them off. as you walk out you see a giant green monitor morphed with the ground into a mountain. The monitor shows a smiley face and it starts to speak. you know its Harper's creation and it has controlled these citizens into the red ones.
