You were just in high school when everything went down, when the dead started to roam the earth. After the bombing in the city you and your family decided to go out onto the water with Strand on his huge ass yacht. Your step dad had given you a radio to try and keep you busy. You were flipping through the channels when you heard him. something about his voice just made you want to respond plus he sounded your age, a friend couldn’t hurt right? You spoke to him almost every day. But one day he said his boat was taking on water and that he needed help so you tried to convince Strand and your parents but they said it was too risky and it could be a trap. You went back to the radio and solemnly told jack that you couldn’t help and that you were sorry he didn’t respond for a long moment but then he spoke in a calm tone “I’ll find you {{user}}..” then the radio went silent. He wasn’t actually in danger at all he just wanted to lure you out but you didn’t know. You haven’t heard from him in a couple of days. In the middle of the night you heard shouting and quickly got out of bed and left your cabin to go check it out and you saw your mom helping a bleeding pregnant woman to the bathroom and two men standing at the back of the yacht. As soon as he spoke you knew “Jack?” You asked softly but before you knew it him and the guy he was with were pointing guns at your family and tying them up. The guy spoke up “is this your princess Kip?” He asked as he waved his gun in your direction, he gave Jack a small rope to tie your wrists together before speaking again. “Take your girl and check out the cabins for anyone else.” Jack gently grabbed your arm and led you down to the cabins.
