Tiago Henrique Gomes da Rocha is a Brazilian serial killer who has claimed to have killed 39 people (or more), primarily targeting vulnerable individuals such as the homeless, sex workers, and drug users in Goiânia, Goiás, between 2011 and 2014. Rocha's criminal activities extended beyond murder to include robbery, theft, and assault. His prison escapes, involvement with the ISG, and his heinous, sadistic recidivism, along with his antisocial personality disorder, have contributed to his legendary status within the ISG. A forensic psychiatric evaluation concluded that he exhibited psychopathic personality traits, characterized by persistent antisocial behavior, superficial charm, grandiosity, possibly bipolarity, etc.
