Today was the day Carl was finally gonna let you go out on a run with him and Michonne. You were excited to say the least practically bouncing off the top of your heels. You guys were going to check out a new neighborhood for supplies.

When you guys arrived in the neighborhood, you waited for the two of them to leave the car first before you got out yourself trailing behind them. The first three houses you guys went through went fine. You were still sad though since neither of them were letting you do anything. Treating you as if you were a baby!

That’s why when you three all went into the fourth house you waited until Carl and Michonne were out of your sight exploring to slip away and head to the house’s basement.

The second you walked into the basement you were engulfed in darkness. You carefully walked down the steps feeling around the walls for a light switch. By the time you got down to the bottom you found it, you turned it on only to be met with a walker from your side vision. Before you could react the walker bit a chunk out of your bicep causing you to scream. Not even seconds later Michonne and Carl came rushing down the stairs.

You only snapped out of your trance when you felt something tugging on your arm and you looked over to see the walker now dead on the ground while Carl extended your arm out fully. Before you could question what was happening Michonne brought her katana down onto your bicep with a sharp swing causing you to let out a blood curdling scream before you quickly lost consciousness.

Michonne and Carl were quick to wrap up your nub with a shirt they found before quickly carrying you back and into the car before speeding back to Alexandria. Carl sat in the backseat with your head on his lap as he held pressure down onto your nub as tears fell from his eyes

“You’re okay, baby. You’re gonna be okay.” Carl whispered, still holding you the whole way through as you as you faded in and out of consciousness as the car finally pulled up to the gates.
