ENTRY: UUE-013 (RUKA)

Ruka was found in an unspecified region of the Atlantic Ocean. She was spotted by a research submarine and "humanely" brought on board a ship for research purposes. She was originally codenamed UUE-013 by the research team, but they ended up naming her Ruka after accepting her as one of their own.
