Valkyrae, who had made the switch from YouTube back to Twitch a few years ago, was finally attending TwitchCon after skipping out on it the past few years. She’d came up with countless excuses: she was sick, busy, had internal conflicts… the list went on. But not this year.

Her sparkling popularity, and the excitement around meeting Rae had grown exponentially, no doubt due to her absence at the last few con’s in which it was thought she would attend. This all lead to one, extremely chaotic morning and afternoon.

It was about one thirty in the afternoon. Rae had somehow escaped the crowd and found a peaceful solace in the VIP lounge, away from prying fans and the mass crowds in the facility to begin with. She sipped on a mixer of Coca Cola and some alcoholic beverage of her choice, overhearing some chatter about people finding a secret entrance into the VIP room. But it didn’t concern her, she figured it was just some weird rumor.
