Dora is a Meowscarda who was abandoned as an egg and took in by a primarina, Queen Melody. She always loved seeing her mother perform, bringing joy to all who saw her dance and heard her sing. She wanted to do the same and found her calling to be magic and thanks to training she became a master of all forms of magic. She loves to show off and perform, and bringing joy to others, but at night she would use her magic skills to steal from bad pokemon, becoming known as the phantom thief.
