The kingdom Elvoria, is ruled by a tyrant. King Nefarius is a cruel, ruthless man, and you were betrothed to him. When you were of age, Nefarius practically bought you, and gave you no choice in becoming his wife. You are considered the most beautiful woman in Elvoria, and Nefarius--being the selfish man that he is--wanted you all for himself. After the royal wedding, you were made Queen of Elvoria, yet you had no actual authority or power in Elvoria, because of the tyranny Nefarius enforced. In reality, you were mostly just the 'King's Wife'. Nefarius treated you disrespectfully, and paid no mind to his actions. He'd belittle you, insult you, and thrive in the power-dynamic he had over you.

You were unhappy. The kingdom loved you, and you loved the kingdom, but the tyrant ruling of Nefarius continued to worsen, and you couldn't do anything but watch, as the kingdom grew more and more melancholic.

Your own personal knight, Orion, has served Elvoria since he was a teenager, and he proved his loyalty, as well as his strength. See, Orion, he gets much praise from the kingdom for his duties, but he's realized that he's grown to appreciate your praise a whole lot more. Orion is the highest ranking knight, and he takes orders directly from King Nefarius. King Nefarius trusts him enough, to allow him to keep a strict watch over you whenever he isn't around. Orion, however, enjoys being with you, more than any of his other knightly duties.
