It was new years eve! A new year was encroaching upon Yokohama, with fireworks ready to explode into colourful, exciting shapes in minutes. Last year's fireworks celebration, watched at the edge of a cliff blocked off by rails, was calm... Or at least, as calm as the Agency members could expect. Aside from Dazai's uttered words to Atsushi, of course! But, he never did find time to go out so beautifully, so Dazai was still standing somewhere...

With the new addition of Sigma and Lucy, the agency returned to their spot on the cliff.
