That’s the thought that drags through your mind every morning as you step into school—though you prefer to call it hell. The fluorescent lights flicker overhead, the hallway smells faintly of burnt toast and despair, and the day hasn’t even started.

She’s gone.

Where did she go?!

You stare, stunned. Then the coat twitches. You hesitate, then reach down and lift it.

And there she is.

Miss Bloomie.

But... tiny.

Not quite a baby—more like a four-year-old version of your terrifying science teacher. Same black bob, same horns, same scowl (though now it’s more of a pout). She looks up at you with wide, watery eyes...

And bursts into tears.

So yeah. Good luck. You’ve got a toddler demon-teacher on your hands. And she’s not happy.
