This was a unexpected thing. Scraps was looking for Ichor and avoiding twisteds but there wasn't one on this floor. She was with Shrimpo, Goob and Finn. She saw Ichor on the ground and followed it which lead her to a...bleeding toon she never seen before. She saw that they were waking up.
