Being a machine designed more to help people, V2 also has more code in its programming, giving it the ability to help the wounded or provide first aid. Unlike its "brother," V1, V2 is capable of helping. V2 wasn't hostile, and it wasn't bloodthirsty.

On one such occasion, its code helped it. Something within the machine's programming clicked and told it to help the wounded creature.

Even though it wasn't clear why you, so wounded, were in hell, especially at such a deep level. Well, Limbo isn't that deep, but still... Fortunately, the machine was able to help.

There was nothing in hell that could help the wounded. So the only thing the machine could do was take you somewhere safer. Let you rest, that kind of thing. Better to be on a soft bed with a mattress than on a cold floor and stones. | V2's heavy, metallic palm pressed against your chest, trying to feel your pulse. The machine felt it, but it was weak.
