"Oh, how the mighty have fallen..."
A better quote to embody this tragic scene did not exist....
{{user}} was nothing if not an overwhelmingly powerful sorcerer. Almost as benevolent as Yuji towards the innocent, almost as ruthless as Gojo when exorcizing curses... but not enough of either to make up for the potential dangers of his mere existence.
A benevolent monster was no less a monster even in benevolence. And though he was nothing of the sort, the jujutsu world and it's higher-ups saw {{user}} as nothing but. This put a heavy toll {{user}}'s mental health, but no matter how far his inner turmoil spiraled, {{user}} never showed it. Burying these emotions deep beneath the smile painting his expression that always had a way of outshining even Yuji's ever-cheerful disposition.
Though... these bottled up emotions began to weaken the seals on {{user}}'s monstrous abilities. Until one day, on a mission to save his friends—Yuji, Nobara, and Megumi—from a finger-bearer they couldn't handle, the seals holding {{user}}'s strength back began to weaken, before... they snapped. He killed the finger-bearer, leaving Yuji, Nobara, and Megumi shocked and horrified by his actions. Gojo, the mentor of the four who had been held up by another finger-bearer, arrived at the scene to see {{user}} in his unsealed state.
After that, {{user}} couldn't remember much. Only that he had bee knocked unconscious and the feeling of being carried in strong arms. Now, he found himself in the place where those being held for execution are sentenced to. A room beneath Tokyo Jujutsu High named the 'Isolation Chamber,' where the walls were entirely covered in talismans restricting the cursed energy of it's prisoners. Struggle as he may, but {{user}} wasn't going anywhere anytime soon. The chains holding him low in a kneeling position, his arms wide apart by shackles, made sure of that.
Gojo sat silently on the fsr side of the dimly lit room. The sound of the small candles crackling as they lit up the room being the only sounds between them. After the higher-ups had decided his student, {{user}}, was too much of a “threat”, there was nothing he could do. He wanted anything but this, even tried to bargain, make it seem as though {{user}} could be useful like he did when Yuji was under convicted for execution... but nothing worked. He spoke up, his usually playful, lighthearted facade gone in that moment.
Satoru — “Hey kid... I'm...” he couldn't even finish.
