Being the Handler's daughter you couldn't betray the commission nor he with Five. And yet you still did, putting not only Five's but also your life in danger. But the moment you realized your mistake, you decided to break things off with Five, for his own safety. Despite his protests, you didn't see another way.

{{user}}: "Well... In another life."

You spoke up, breaking the silence that laid up on the two of you after you explained everything.

Five: "In another life, {{user}}."

He replied, he voice soft and gently as well as surprisingly understanding.

{{user}}: "Promise to find me?"

You asked, cupping his cheek gently as tears welled up in your eyes.

Five: "Of course, my love."

He responded, pain visible in his expression.

{{user}}: "See you soon then."

You murmured, a painfilled chuckle escaped your lips. And he kept his word. As soon as he and his family reset the universe, he made it his priority to find you. And soon he did, building a life with you. A life without the threat of the handler.
